Problem
Users used an average of 2-3 Sber subscriptions separately, and had not heard of other services or did not want to buy another subscription
What I did
I made several iterations of design and testing with respondents: the main site, personal account and advertising segmented landing pages
Why
The average penetration into the ecosystem service was less than 5%. Our goal was to increase the penetration by at least 3 times
Outcomes
I increased sales by 15% due to AB testing, implementation of new features and changes in the product approach, conducted more than 10 product studies, which led to an 80% increase in conversion for transitions to partners and a decrease in churn by 18%, and the subscription came out on top after 3 years

Users in Russia are poorly informed about what NFT is and how it works, but in the West and Europe, many large companies are actively developing the NFT direction, and on the Russian market there is no service where you can buy tokens for Russian rubles
What I did
I conducted market and audience research, created several prototypes, tested hypotheses, and compiled final user scenarios for an internal application at VK
Why
VK NFT is the first marketplace in Russia where you can sell and buy NFT and tokenize materials for Russian rubles. This was one of the promising areas of development for VK
